The PresentationGYM Program is offered by Procter & Gamble Germany GmbH & Co Operations OHG (hereinafter referred to as “Procter & Gamble“).
All individuals who are at least 18 years of age are entitled to participate.
In order to take part in the PresentationGYM Program, you must enter your E-mail address, your first name and place of study and upload a presentation (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF) or a document with your question to presentations/talks (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) onto our website www.presentationgym.com. Content must not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights. The upload of content does not oblige Procter & Gamble to use this for PresentationGYM. Procter & Gamble selects certain content from the uploaded Content, which is released, including feedback, on the PresentationGYM YOUTUBE channel. The underlying Content is deleted after the release. Should Procter & Gamble use uploaded Content, the participants to whom this applies will be informed by E-mail. The Content and registration data of all other participants will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
By registering and uploading content, you accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Participation and thus declare that you consent that excerpts of your Content may be uploaded, released, and possibly evaluated by third parties on digital media. Procter & Gamble is entitled to process the Content submitted by the Participant and use and provide public access to it as part of a video on digital media under presentationgy.com, youtube @presentation gym. The Participant grants Procter & Gamble a non-exclusive, perpetual right of use and exploitation, which is materially and territorially unlimited, to the submitted Content for the purpose of conducting the PresentationGYM Program. No compensation for the grant of the rights of use and exploitation will be agreed. The Participant hereby waives his/her right to be designated as the author.
Procter & Gamble reserves the right to exclude any Participant who has provided false information when registering and uploading content, has manipulated the Program or has attempted to manipulate the Program or who has otherwise violated these Terms of Participation. Procter & Gamble may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
If the submitted Content infringes the rights of third parties or is otherwise in breach of the Terms of Participation, the Participant shall indemnify Procter & Gamble for all claims of third parties and the associated costs of its legal defense. An infringement of third-party rights exists if, for instance, third-party texts, images, or videos are used for the Participant’s own submission without the consent of the appropriate rights owner.
The Participant declares his/her consent that his/her first name and place of study are disclosed on the website or on YouTube in the event his/her Content is processed and released.
No liability is assumed for the loss of data, particularly during data transmission, and for other technical defects. Procter & Gamble is not liable for the availability of the www.presentationgym.com website.
Governing law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Privacy Notice: Upon registration for the Program, your voluntarily disclosed personal data will be stored and processed in the database of Procter & Gamble Germany GmbH & Co Operations OHG, Sulzbacher Str. 40, 65824 Schwalbach a.Ts. („P&G“) for running the Program. You may revoke your consent at any time in full or in part (by E-mail to coach@presentationgym.com or to one of the P&G contacts stated above). Your data will not be disclosed by P&G to unauthorized third parties. Personal data related to the Content selected and released by Procter & Gamble will be deleted upon the termination of the PresentationGYM Program. The personal data of all Participants who have not been selected will be deleted after 30 days.
